1. Framework and Data Isolation (Multitenant)

The IdrysGarage System operates on an isolated architecture model (Multitenant) using individual SQLite databases for each subscribing workshop. All data regarding customer records, license plates, estimates, work orders, and calendar bookings are stored strictly independently in your workshop's exclusive digital file. There is no crossing or sharing of data between different platform subscribers.

2. Security and Encryption of Credentials

Access to the platform is strictly personal and non-transferable, secured by dynamic session filters. All commercial access passwords are encrypted one-way on our central servers using the SHA-256 cryptographic algorithm, ensuring that no administrator or external entity can decrypt or view your original access key.

3. Activation Tokens

Account creation and maintenance within the ecosystem are based on the strict validation of unique Activation Tokens generated after commercial confirmation of subscription. The system records the recipient's email and the date/time stamp at the exact moment the token is consumed for auditing, active licensing control, and prevention against misuse.

4. User Rights (GDPR)

In compliance with European data protection regulations, each workshop retains absolute ownership over the information entered into its isolated SQLite vault. At any time, through the administrative tools, the subscriber has the right to export listings, rectify customer records, or request the permanent deletion of their isolated database file from the cloud ecosystem.
